Amazonas makeup brush cleaner

This project began with a client that I had worked with in the past. This client was approached to create a product for the beauty subscription service, Fab, Fit, Fun. The product was clear, it was going to be a makeup brush cleaner. The name, however, was not clear. In collaboration with the client, we came up with the name “Amazonas”. The ingredients for the environmentally-friendly product were going to be scientifically sourced from the Amazon rainforest. Not only did the product name need to reflect that, but the overall look and feel needed to reflect that as well.

The final logo and label design incorporates splashes of watercolor to help showcase the scent. It also incorporates palm leaves to represent the origin of the ingredients.

PHASE 1 - Label Design Concepts

PHASE 2 - Final Label Design

Step one is to meet with the client to get a feel for what they want in a logo.

Sure, I could come up with a logo for your business that looks pretty, but wouldn’t it be more effective if I used your input to make that logo more impactful? The hope is that this will be the face of your business. It’s the first thing people notice when they search for you online. You’ll notice above that there were many variations of this logo before we finally landed on “the one”.

This mark is so much more than something that looks aesthetic. It’s the foundation of your company.
