Entering awards is something I’ve always dreamed about doing. There are a few different prestigious design contests that will bring not only recognition, but also the possibility of meeting new clients. To be featured in a design magazine is the dream of most designers (including yours truly).
My goal over the next year, let’s go ahead and make it a resolution, is to enter at least twice. If any of you have any suggestions on things I’ve done that you think should be entered, let me know! Better yet, if you’ve got a great project that you think could be my winning piece, send it my way! If I win, you win. Really, you do. They not only name me as the designer, but you’ll get your company name featured, too. Who doesn’t like winning? If you say you don’t, I don’t believe you.
